Dear Friends and Family in Christ

I just want to let you know that we are doing okay. I have not been able to write to you all since we have been extremely busy here at Casa Bernabe, but believe it, we think of you often and you are always in our minds and hearts and prayers! Even we don´t see each other often. We know that distances cannot interrupt a "good friendship" and that´s what we consider we have with you, and we truly thank God for your friendship, and we treasure it!!!
What we have been doing?
Well, since January, we are staying in Casa Alabanza, the house of girls we were designated to serve. It has definitely been such a difference experience that the Lord allowed us to have, since watching or taking care of young and older girls is another different but awesome challenge!!
The group of girls we are growing ranges from 8 to 16 years old. Only one of the girls, Sheny, is 19.
It would be good for you to see the picture of our whole "family" on line, www.casabernabe.org with the only exception that Casa Alabanza's new house parents are Hugo and I, not the names of the recent houseparent's last year, as written above the picture. You'll get to have an idea of all those precious girls in action, daily!  Isn't that something to praise God for??? Yes it is!!
Just a few days after this picture, 2 more girls came. One is 10 and the 14 year old girl came pregnant.  Praise God He allowed her to come here... now she's not under risk any more!  and just
10  weeks after, her precious baby boy was born!  Now the baby is living here in Casa Alabanza, too, for he's being breast fed. His name is Jose Rafael and he's 1 month old and completely healthy, Gracias a Dios!
Well, in the past, Manuel and Ana Maria (the recent houseparent's) had several babies when there were too many for only Casa Angelitos, and some of the older girls living here were helping to watch them. I'm glad they learned to change diapers, and to baby sit, but now, there are just too many arms for only one baby...!  His mother, Sarah (Sarita) is a good mother. She's very sweet. She wishes she can attend School next year (finish her 6th grade) and we bless her plans and want to help her. With God's help, we are sure she will be able to do so, and even complete a career!  Right?
We are happy to serve God in this way... and continue to be ready to listen to His plans and/or daily will... and we know, it is not an easy task, for we "urge" to walk humbly before Him, and please Him...through obedience, and diligence in what He calls us to do.  Then, He adds what He wants to add to complete the task!
What a wonderful thing to know that He is so good. He just adds the tools, and wisdom (if we are constantly asking and waiting for it) He adds the resources!!! and many other kind of surprises that, we are sure you know it..... because we all have the same GOD, and if we're all serving the God of Israel, then, we must clearly understand how Merciful He is, such a Giver and Lovely Father, Holy,  Just, Almighty and Eternal God!!!        etc. etc.
We want to share with you this feeling of Thankfulness! and it simply never ends!!
Our 2 older daughters, Ilse and Rode continue studying in College in Antigua, living with my Mom and Sister. They're doing okay.... they have honored us in so many ways! and we thank God for that... even we miss them terribly!!!   We praise God, again, for his faithfulness.
Noah and Dana (8 and 10 yrs. old) are doing very good at the School here in Casa Bernabe. 2nd and 4th grades, and they enjoy having so many friends here!  Andrea (16) is also living here but she's being homeschooled and she's doing great!
The rainy season has begun here. Almost every afternoon it rains, and the kids enjoy it, just like the birds!
Hugo continues to lead the Hebrew Dance program, and teaching PE. at school. He also enjoys helping Tony Breunig, with the vegetable gardens.... those are just great! You should come and have some of those fresh veggies!!  Praise God for this talented man serving here now! Tony also leads the teenagers working in different areas in the afternoons. Hugo continues to lead the youth meeting in church, but we are so happy that God has raised more servants, men and women, to help us lead this big group of teens. We have seen God's faithful by seeing a Spiritual Revival this year,  and He continues to do so.
There are many more things to tell, but it will be in our next newsletter. Meanwhile, please continue to pray for us, for wisdom and strength, and more spiritual revival, and please, keep in touch with us.
We would also love to hear from you. Let's keep praying one for another, because the coming of the Lord is near!

MAY GOD BLESS ALL AND EACH ONE OF YOU TREMENDOUSLY!!

In Jesus Christ,  Hugo and Gilma Caballeros, and Family.

Hi Hugo and Gilma,

It was wonderful to see you folks this past June and to hear about your vision from the Lord. May God bless you and your family and ministry. You folks are such a wonderfully godly example.

Sincerely,
Tom and Ann
